I am thrilled to have work selected for the 169 Annual Open Exhibition at the Royal West of England. Here is a picture of ‘Let Sleeping Cats Lie’ mono print 36x26cm. It was inspired by looking at a self portrait by Gwen John. I was exploring this theme to make a series of portraits based on ‘portraits of the past’. The annual exhibition is open from 8 October to 8 January at the Royal West of England Academy, Bristol.
I have also donated a small painting to the Royal West of England Academy Secret Postcard Auction which takes place between 31 October and 10 November.
